Business Head and Managing PartnerAfter completing her graduation Reshma started her career path in the field of recruitment. Being a fresher in the industry has been an advantage as she has gone through the entire life cycle of recruitment and has successfully managed every aspect of the recruitment process. Reshma has 7+ years of experience in BFSI/IT/Media/Telecom & various other industries where she has made her mark. We believe every woman has an entrepreneur in her and it's just that little spark is required to make her feel the difference. We are delighted that the spark has ignited in Reshma and she has accepted this challenging opportunity to Partner in this ambitious project & the result is we are underway with the formation of GAP UP Consultants.
